Before Returning Your Product

Skin can respond differently when introducing new active formulations, particularly when transitioning from other skincare routines.

When introducing new skincare formulations, skin may require a short adjustment period. We recommend allowing up to 30 days of consistent use before deciding if the product is suitable for you.

How the Guarantee Works

Step 1: Use Your Product

Introduce the product into your routine and use it as directed. Allow up to 30 days of consistent use to evaluate how your skin responds.

Step 2: Contact Customer Care

If the product is not suitable for your skin, contact us within 40 days of purchase.

Step 3: Return Authorisation

Our team will provide a Return Authorisation Number and confirm the return address.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and reviewed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Eligibility

The Skin Confidence Guarantee applies to:

  • Your first purchase of a full-size Skin Virtue product
  • Purchases made directly from skinvirtue.com.au
  • Return requests submitted within 40 days of purchase

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund once the item is returned in its original condition.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged or appears faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Item Not Received

If your order has not arrived, please notify us within 21 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

Returning Your Product

To initiate a return:

  2. Receive your Return Authorisation Number
  3. Package the product securely and include your order details
  4. Send the parcel using a trackable postage service

Until the item is received by our warehouse, it remains the responsibility of the sender.

Refund Processing

Returned items are inspected by our returns team.

If eligible, refunds will be processed:

  • Within 7 business days of receipt
  • To the original payment method

In rare cases processing may take up to 30 days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return postage will only be refunded if:

  • The wrong item was supplied
  • The product arrived damaged or faulty

Return postage is not refunded where products are returned in good condition under the Satisfaction Guarantee.
